Abstract

PURPOSE:To deliver an object to be heated at a specified temp. in an induction heater which heats the object to be heated while transferring the same by providing an arithmetic control device which detects the temp. of the object to be heated and corrects an input to a heating coil in the heating terminal region. CONSTITUTION:Plural heating coils 2, 3 are provided to a conveyor which transfers an oeject to be heated, and the coil 3 disposed in the terminal heating region is connected to an electric power source 4 to be used exclusively. An arithmetic control circuit 5 which detects the temp. of the object to be heated in the coil 3 to correct the input to the coil 3 in such a way that the temp. of the object to be heated attains a specified value is connected to the power source 4. The object to be heated is thus delivered out at a specified temp. from the heater, whereby the defective heating is decreased and the operating efficiency is improved.
