【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は既設サツシを除去後新規サツシに改装する取
替サツシの施工法に関するもので、従来この種の施工法
にはサツシ取付壁体をはつり作業により打ち壊して既設
サツシ枠を外まだは内側へ押倒して除去しており、その
ために生じた亀裂部や打ち壊しだ壁体部へ新しく詰める
モルタルの境界面等より雨水が侵入する被害や、破損壁
体の内外モルタル詰め、防水吹付等作業せねばならずこ
のための作業に手間取り、費用も増大する等の欠点があ
った。
