【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は既設の窓開口部の外側に新規な外壁を
張設する改装外壁の改良に関する。

いた。併し多数のパネルを上下左右方向に張り付
ける作業は多大の手間が掛ると共に各パネル間の
シール個所が多くなり雨仕舞上も好ましくなかつ
た。本考案は其れ等の欠点を解消し現場作業の効
率化を計つたもので、以下其の詳細を図面を参照
しながら説明する。

既設の窓サツシ2が嵌着している。そして改装外
壁は既設の外壁に対して若干の空隙を保持して室
外側に張設される。本考案では開口部1の上縁外
側に第1図に示す如く長手方向全長に対して新規
の外装板11を取り付けるための上枠3を取付
け、同じく開口部1の下縁外側に長手方向全長に
対して下枠を取付け、上記開口部1の両側縁には
上下枠間に縦枠5が取付けられる。上枠3はアル
ミニウム合金よりなる形材で其の下面は水平にし
て室外寄りには、外装板を取り付けるためのU溝
6が長手方向全長に設けられ、室内側の端縁には
シーリング材7を充填するための凹部8を形成し
てる。そして上枠3の上表面は室外側に下り勾配
を有し、其の端は水切板9によつて下面3aと連
結している。そして上枠上表面3bの勾配は前記
U溝6に対向する線にて終り、其の端より上方に
立上壁10を形成し、後述する外装板11の取付
け当接面となる。

いる。此のU溝6′は後述する如く各階層の開口
部間に張設される外装板11の上端が嵌め込まれ
る。そしてU溝6′の室内側は下枠を構造材に取
付ける便宜上、溝壁はそのまま下方に延設されて
いる。

の折曲面12は外装板11の側端と当接してその
取付面となる。

表面3b上にて其の立上り壁10に当接して小ね
じ等にて係止する。そして外装板の側端が縦枠5
に突当る端部は縦枠5に設けられたる折曲板12
に小ねじにて固定するものである。前述と同一作
業を各階層にて行えば新規の外装板による外壁の
改装は終了し、必要に応じて枠材との当接部等に
シーリング材を充填すれば良い。なお第2図で1
4は強度上建物旧外壁15と枠材3,4を連結す
るフアスナーで、実施例は一対の長尺山形材を採
用しているを示す。
