Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）パワートランジスタのベースに第１のトランジス
    タのエミッタと第２のトランジスタのコレクタとを接続
    し、該第１のトランジスタをオンして該パワートランジ
    スタをオンするとともに該第１のトランジスタのオフ時
    に該第２のトランジスタをオンし、該パワートランジス
    タのベースの電流を引き抜くパワートランジスタ駆動回
    路において、該２のトランジスタのコレクターエミッタ
    間にサージアブソーバを設け、且つ該第２のトランジス
    タのエメツタと該パワートランジスタのエミッタとをヒ
    ユーズを介して接続したことを特徴とするパワートラン
    ジスタ駆動回路。
  2. （２）前記パワートランジスタがインバータの一部を構
    成することを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第（１
    ）項記載のパワートランジスタ駆動回路。
  3. （３）前記第１のトランジスタと前記パワートラン゛　
    ジ２夕との間に増巾用の第３−のトランジスタを設けた
    ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第（１）項乃
    金弟（２）項記載のパワートランジスタ駆動回路。−
