Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 主電源からコンデンサ等の容量性素子に充電電流を流し
    、この充電電流が安定化したのちの漏れ電流により検出
    抵抗に発生する電圧を検出することにより該容量性素子
    が有する絶縁抵抗を選別する装置において、前記検出抵
    抗には並列に前記主電源の電圧を相殺する極性を有する
    プリチャージ電源を選択的に設け、プリチャージモード
    においては容量性素子を主電源とプリチャージ電源とを
    含むプリチャージ回路内に挿入し、検出モードにおいて
    はプリチャージ電源を検出抵抗から切り離すとともに容
    量性素子を主電源と検出抵抗とを含む検出回路内に挿入
    するようにし、漏れ電流により検出抵抗に発生する電圧
    をプリチャージ電源の電圧と比較して良否を判定するよ
    うにしたことを特徴とする容量性素子の絶縁抵抗選別装
    置。
