Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent local overheating of a heat exchanger and to thereby raise the heat exchanging efficiency, by disposing a cylindrical heat-shielding member on the inside of a combustion sleeve, and forming a plurality of through-holes in said heat-shielding member. CONSTITUTION:A burning section 2 incorporated in the body of a hot-air circulating type space heater of this invention consists of a combustion sleeve 4 having a burner 3 attached to one end thereof, a heat exchanger 5 disposed on the downstream side of the combustion sleeve 4, and a connecting member 6 for connecting them together. With such an arrangement, flame 9 produced by the burner 3 is held in contact with the inner wall surface of the combustion sleeve 4 substantially at the central part of the sleeve 4. Here, since a heat-shielding member 8 is attached to the central part of the combustion sleeve 4, direct contact of the flame 9 to the inner wall surface of the combustion sleeve 4 can be prevented, so that it is enabled to prevent local temperature rise of the sleeve 4 at its central part. Further, since a plurality of through-holes 8a are formed in the heat-shielding member 8 such that the size of the holes 8a is decreased toward the burner 3 and increased toward a fan 7, the temperature of the combustion sleeve 4 can be made uniform.

As shown in the figure, it consists of a combustion tube B to which a burner A is connected, and a blower fan C installed opposite the combustion tube B. In this case, the combustion tube B is exposed to the combustion flame. The temperature at approximately the center is high, and the temperature at the rear of the blower fan C is also high, causing a decrease in heat exchange efficiency and causing local overheating of the combustion tube B.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION In order to achieve the second object, the present invention provides a cylindrical heat shield inside the combustion cylinder and a plurality of through holes in the heat shield.

In the figure, 1 is the main body of the hot air fan, 2 is the combustion section built into the main body 1, a burner section 3, a combustion tube 4 to which this burner section 3 is connected at one end, a heat exchanger 5 downstream of the combustion tube 4, and a combustion It consists of a hollow connecting body 6 that connects a cylinder 4 and a heat exchanger 6. Reference numeral 7 denotes a blower fan provided oppositely to blow air to the combustion section 2. Reference numeral 8 denotes a heat shield mounted inside the combustion tube 4, which is formed into a substantially cylindrical shape using highly heat-resistant nutenreme or the like. In this embodiment, the heat shield 8 is formed long on the side opposite to the side of the blower fan 7, and a plurality of through holes 8a are formed in the peripheral wall on the side of the blower fan 7. be.

2, the flame 9 from the burner 3 comes into contact with the inner wall of the combustion tube 4 at approximately the center of the combustion tube 4, as shown in FIG. Since the heat shield 8 is provided in this part, the flame 9 is not connected to the combustion tube 4.
There is no need for direct 1°8 contact with the inner wall. In other words, the local temperature J:'- in the approximate center due to contact with the flame 9
3'i can be suppressed. In the case of , the blower fan 7
(Since heat is efficiently exchanged in 1111 by the wind from the blower fan 7, the temperature tends to be relatively lower than that on the back side of the wind, but in this part, the flame 9 is partially exposed to the inner wall of the combustion tube 4 through the through hole 8a. -C is taken into consideration so that the flame 9 is in contact with the wind side and has approximately the same temperature as the wind side. This flame 9 is higher on the burner 3 side, and if the through hole 81L has the same diameter, the burner 3 side may be higher. Although this may be a concern, since the through hole 82L has a small diameter on the burner side, there is no such arrangement.

Furthermore, -1, the number heat rest 8 is a long extension of the back side of the wind where there is little heat exchange with the wind from the blower fan 7, so the temperature of this back side part is JJ due to the heat shielding effect of this extended portion 8b.

FIG. 5 shows another embodiment, in which the heat shield 8 has a through hole 8a formed in its entire circumferential wall, and this through hole has a nozzle 3.
The side of the fan is small, and the side of the fan γ that is lined up on the back side is large. In other words, the diameter of the through hole 8a is made smaller in the portion where the temperature of P: 4 times of washing becomes higher, thereby making the humidity uniform.

Effects of the Invention-1 As is clear from the description of the embodiment, the present invention provides a heat shield inside the combustion oven to prevent local overheating of the heat exchange layer and improve heat exchange efficiency. Effect 1: There is something very dog-like about it.
