Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）原稿読取用光源および原稿読取用センサを具備す
    る複写機、ファクシミｌ）等において、原稿がセットさ
    れる原稿台の上面に無反射処理部を形成し、該無反射処
    理部を光軸が通るように発光部と受光部とを設けてなる
    ことを特徴とする原稿検出装置。
  2. （２）上記発光部と上記受光部は上記原稿読取用光源の
    部分に一体化されてなることを特徴とする、実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第１項に記載の原稿検出装置。
