Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は、模型定盤に罫書基準として設置されるピン
に関する。
鋳造用模型を模型定盤に固設する場合に模型定盤に設置
したピンの中心を寸法の基準にして、あらかじめ模型定
盤に鎗造用模型の固設位置を正確に罫書く必要がある。
たとえば第１図において罫書定盤１に載置された模型定
盤２に第２図の拡大断面図で示した円筒状の基準ピン３
を設置しドースカン４によって基準ピン３の直径を振り
分けて中心線５を求め、この中心線５を基準として模型
の取付位置６を罫書〈従来の方法は、高価な罫書定盤を
必要としまた基準ピン３の芯軸を含む平面が罫書定盤面
１と平行でなければならないため、スクノユージャッキ
７で微調節をしなければならない欠点があった。
この考案は上記欠点を改良するためになされたものであ
って以下図によって説明する。
第３図はこの考案の基準ピンの一実施例、第４図は使用
例を示す図であって基準ピン８は模型定盤１１への取付
部９の芯軸Ａ、Ａを含む平面１０を有している。
従来の基準ピン３にかえて基準ピン８を模型定盤１１に
設置し平面１０にブロックゲージ１２を密着させ、この
ブロックゲージ１２の一辺を定規にして中心線１３を罫
書き、この線を基準として模型の取付位置１４を罫書く
ことができる。
第５図は、この考案の他の実施態様を示すものである。
模型定盤への取付部１５の芯軸Ｂ、Ｂを含み直角に交わ
る二平面１６．１７を有する基準ピンであって、中心線
１３と直角に交わる基準線を罫書くことが可能である。
この考案は以上説明したように従来の円筒状の基準ピン
を半円または）円にしたという簡単な改良によって高価
な罫書定盤がなくても迅速に精度良く模型取付位置の基
準線を容易に罫書くことができるという効果がある。
