DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a connector structure for making electrical connections, and more particularly to a connector structure suitable for highly reliable connections between circuit modules having a large number of minute connection points.

As shown in FIG. 1, conventional noelastomer connectors have an integral structure in which metal conductors and conductive substances 3 are arranged at regular intervals on an insulating elastic resin 2. On the other hand, when the connector 1 having such a structure is used to electrically connect the circuit modules 4 as shown in FIG. 2, it is necessary to improve the reliability of the electrical connection. It is necessary to apply an appropriate contact force to the integrated conductive material 3. Therefore, contact force is applied by applying appropriate deformation to the entire connector 1 and utilizing its elasticity, but the force υ applied externally to apply deformation is applied to the insulating elastic resin 2.
Since the force is distributed between the conductive material 6 and the conductive material 6, the utilization rate of the force effectively applied to the electrical contact portion becomes less than 50%. When using such a connector, when connecting multiple terminals at high density, the applied force from the outside will be extremely strong, which may damage the circuit module 4 to be connected, or cause contact force. Problems have arisen, such as the size of the jig for applying the voltage.

Such a connector 7 is formed, for example, as shown in FIGS. 5 to 7. That is, as shown in FIG. 5, a conductor 5α previously wound in a coil spring shape is inserted into a hole 6α formed on both sides of an insulating plate 60, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7. After assembling and fixing the conductor 5α and the insulating plate 6 by filling the hole 6α with adhesive, the A-A′ wire,

In the connector formed in this way, the outer diameter of the C'-shaped conductor is 6 fins, and the wire diameter of the conductor is α = 0.2 fins.
Figure 8 shows the relationship between compression force and compression amount for each of h = 0.15 moku and c = 0.1 irises.

For example, in the case of a connector with a wire diameter of 02, the force required to compress one conductor by 02 is 7.5 as shown in Figure 8.
It is t. In a connector made of 200 conductors,
The compressive force required to compress all conductors by an average of 0.2 I11 is 1.5 kg. This is less than about 4Kf of conventional elastomer connectors.
