Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ｄ、方向に厚味をもちかつその厚さ方向に分極された板
    状圧電素子でなる多数のセグメントを当該厚さ方向に順
    次積層してなる第１及び第２の積層圧電体をバイモルフ
    に構成したヘッド装着部を具え、このヘッド装着部の先
    端にヘッドを装着し、上記第１及び第２の積層圧電体の
    灸セグメントにその分極方向に対して互いに逆方向の制
    御電圧を与えることにより上記ヘッド装着部を上記制御
    電圧に応じて変形させて上記ヘッドを移動させることを
    特徴とするヘッド装着装置。
