本考案は新規の食品を提供するものであって、無色もし
くは有色透明のあめ素地を以てワイングラス、コーヒー
カップ等のガラス製もしくは陶磁製容器を模した形に構
成した容器の中にアイスクリームを容れたことを要旨と

あと始末が不要である利点があり、特に容器は其の中の
アイスクリームにより常に冷温化されているので食して
いる最中に外温にさらされていても中にアイスクリーム
が入っている限り溶けてべたついたり変形したりするこ
とがないと共に上記の素材が断熱作用を発揮してアイス
クリームの溶解も防止して極めて具合がよい等の優れそ
