Claims (1)
蛇行させ、この平面部相互間にコルゲートフィンを介装
し、偏平チューブの一端に入口ヘッダを、他端に出口ヘ
ッダを連結して成る蒸発器を、上、下ケースより成るク
ーリングケース内に内蔵した車両用空調装置の蒸発器ユ
ニットにおいて、前記蒸発器の偏平チ゛ユーブ下側屈曲
部の空気下流側端部における最下部に夫々案内部材を接
触させて設け、これらの室内部材の上端を前記偏平チュ
ーブ下側屈曲部の最下部内縁より僅かに上方へ突出させ
ると共にその下端を下ケース底面に連続させ、この案内
部材を介して凝縮水を排水するように構成したことを特
徴とする車両用空調装置の蒸発器ユニット。A flat tube is bent and meandered so that its flat part is vertical, a corrugated fin is interposed between the flat parts, and an inlet header is connected to one end of the flat tube and an outlet header is connected to the other end. In an evaporator unit of a vehicle air conditioner in which an evaporator is built in a cooling case consisting of an upper case and a lower case, a guide member is provided at the lowermost part of the air downstream side end of the lower bent part of the flat tube of the evaporator. These indoor members are provided in contact with each other, and the upper ends of these indoor members project slightly upward from the lowermost inner edge of the lower bent portion of the flat tube, and the lower ends thereof are continuous with the bottom surface of the lower case, and condensed water is allowed to flow through the guide member. An evaporator unit for a vehicle air conditioner, characterized in that it is configured to drain water.
