  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 レーザ光を伝送する光伝送体の発光端から射出されたレ
    ーザ光を収束手段で収束させて治療部に照射し、前記治
    療部を切開又は切削するレーザハンドピースにおいて、
    前記光伝送体の発光端を保持する保持部材を中心線に対
    して傾斜させて先端に突設した握手ケースと、前記収束
    手段及び前記レーザ光の光軸を屈折させる屈折手段を内
    設したアングル形のへラドケースと、前記ヘッドケース
    を所望の方向に向けて前記握手ケースの先端に係着する
    係着手段とを具備し、前記保持部材を軸に前記へラドケ
    ースを所望の方向に向けて、前記係着手段により、前記
    握手ケースの先端に係着す！。 ことを特徴とするレーザハンドピース。
