  1. エンジンを搭載する車両の排気ガス管路のサイレンサ上
    流部に、一端が大気に連通ずるバイパス管路をバイパス
    管路開閉弁を介して接続し、この管路開閉弁はエンジン
    回転数およびエンジン負荷が設定値を下まわった時に開
    くように構成したことを特徴とする車両における排気装
    置。
