ル収めするのである。このときスルノドピッチに合わせ
て固定子コイルのスロット収納部分2の間隔調整しなが
らコイル収めするのでこのときの歪みがコイルエンド1
の頭部1bにしわ寄せさねて頭部1bの絶縁処理3が損
傷されるという欠点ンもっていた。このための対策とし
て固定子コイルエンコイルとしないでハーフコイル(ワ
ンコイルの頭部2個所を切離した形状)Kて製作し、固
定子鉄心のスロットにコイル収めを行なったのち、コイ
ル頭部の先端にてコイル素線の接続を行ない、しかるの
ち絶縁処理を施こす方法が採用されたが、このハーフコ
イル方式はコイル頭部における接続作業に多くの工数を
