(1) is an insulated conductor, consisting of three wires arranged vertically to form three turns, each made of enameled wire coated with synthetic resin, or made of heat-resistant material such as glass fiber, polyamide paper, or polyimide film. For wrapping the insulation material, commercially available wires such as coated insulated wires are used. These conductors (1) are formed into a tortoise shell shape by the number of windings (three times in the figure) using a winding die, and an opening part (2) is formed at one end.
is formed bare, and the other end is bent into an upper opening and a lower opening to form a coil head (3). The insulation coating of the conductor (1) is usually about 0.1 mm thick and has a withstand voltage of 200 to 300
It has an extremely low withstand voltage of v. Therefore, the insulating material (4) corresponding to the rated voltage of this rotating electric machine was
And the coil head (3) is left and is wound around the outer periphery.

800° bending process, and the insulation coating at this part would be damaged, so we wrapped the outer insulation layer (6) made of heat-resistant glass tape cut in the same shape as the coil head (3).
The armature coil is completed.

It was a hassle and took up a lot of time. In addition, the coil head (3) had head insulation (5 mm) inserted between the conductors (1) and an outer layer insulation material (6) wrapped around the outer periphery, which hindered cooling.

。FIG. 2 is a partially cutaway perspective view of an armature coil according to an embodiment of the present invention. (11) is a conductor coated with insulation like the conventional conductor (1) above, and the figure shows a case in which three pieces of wood are arranged vertically and wound three times, and one end has a sunrise part 0.
The coil is formed bare and a bent coil head is formed at the other end. Each conductor (Il
) is provided with a gap 94), which serves as an insulation gap and a ventilation gap. An insulating material (4) is wound around the outer periphery of the coil in the same manner as in the conventional coil, except for the sunrise part (+2+ and the coil head -), and an outer layer insulating material (6) is wound thereon.
