BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, fenders provided on quay walls, beam walls, and other quay walls where ships come alongside have generally had a structure as shown in FIG. 1.

That is, a fender 03 having a hardness that does not damage the outer skin of the hull is attached to the tip of a protrusion 01' that extends slightly from the quay 01 to the side where a ship (not shown) is located.

A ship that floats on the sea surface 02 and comes alongside has its side part in contact with the quay 01 via a fender 03, so that the outer plating of the ship's hull is protected from damage.

The present invention aims to provide a movable fender that eliminates such problems, and its structure is such that a shaft protrudes from the quay side where the ship comes alongside, and a shaft coaxially extends from the quay side. an arm mounted rotatably in a plane parallel to the arm, a first axis provided parallel to the axis of the arm at a position apart from the axis of the arm, and an axis around the axis around the first axis. a first wheel rotatably mounted and movable as the arm rotates on the quay-side surface; A second shaft provided parallel to the quay side, and a second wheel attached to the second shaft so as to be rotatable around the axis and with its outer periphery located at a position farthest from the quay side. and a movable fender comprising a float installed at the tip of the arm so that it floats in seawater and can follow changes in the tide level together with the arm, and the present invention is constructed as described above. Therefore, it has the following advantages compared to conventional fenders.

(b) In response to vertical movement of the ship, if the axis of the arm is close to the vertical line, the second wheel installed on the second shaft will roll while in contact with the hull outer plate, and the axis of the arm will change. When it is near the horizon, the first wheel attached to the first shaft moves on the surface of the quay side with the rotation of the arm while the second wheel is pressed against the hull outer plate. For back and forth movements,
When the axis of the arm is near the vertical top, the first wheel attached to the first shaft rolls on the quay side surface with the rotation of the arm while the second wheel is pressed against the hull outer plate. , when the axis of the arm is near the horizontal line, the second axis provided on the second axis
Since the wheels roll while in contact with the hull outer plate, no sliding friction occurs between the fender and the ship, and therefore the fender is not damaged due to the frictional force.

(ロ)従って接舷の途中で防舷材が損壊するようなこと

(b) Therefore, there is almost no chance that the fender will be damaged during the process of coming alongside, and damage to the fender will cause the ship to crash directly against the quay.
There is no possibility of damage to the vessel since there is no possibility of collision.

(c) The arm is rotated by a float attached to the tip of the arm in accordance with the tide level, and the fender (second wheel) etc. is always kept at a constant height relative to the water level, so the relative height of the fender to the ship is reduced. is always constant, and there is no need to fend off defective areas.

120 is a float made of a spherical hollow body, which is provided on the fender 103 side of the support fitting 111, and uses its buoyancy to adapt to the tide level and rotate the support fitting 111.

The support fitting 111 to which the fender 103 is attached is rotatably supported by a protruding shaft 112 through a hole in its almost center, and the lower part is slightly heavier around the protruding shaft 112, so that the float 120 does not touch the sea surface. Stop in a near state.

(A) When the sea level 102 is on the lower surface of the float 120 (when the axis of the support metal fitting 111 is vertical) a. In the case of vertical motion of the ship, the wheels 116 do not rotate and the fender 103 moves around the horizontal axis 106. It rotates easily and protects the ship.

b. In the case of a ship moving back and forth, the fender 103 remains in the fendered state, and the wheels 116 rotate smoothly according to the back and forth movement of the ship.

(B) When the sea level rises and is displaced approximately 90 degrees, that is, horizontally, due to the action of the float 120, the wheel 116 rotates in the same way as in the case of the 6th action in (A) in the case of vertical movement of the ship.

As explained above, even if the ship next to the ship moves in any direction, up or down or forward or backward, the fender 103 or the wheels 116 will inevitably roll, causing sliding between the ship's side and the fender 103. Therefore, the fender 103 will not be damaged due to friction.

In addition, the float 120 allows the support fittings 111 to adjust to the tide level.
Since the fender 103 rotates around the protruding shaft 112, the relative height of the fender 103 to the sea surface 102 remains at a substantially constant position, so that the fender 103 is always kept at a substantially constant position with respect to the ship.
