    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）絶縁材料よりなり、ネジ貫通孔の開設された前側
    板及び後側板を対向させて断面路７の字状に形成したこ
    とを特徴とする半導体装置用絶縁スペーサ。
  2. （２）前側板または後側板はその内側面に係止突起が突
    設されている特許請求の範囲第１項記載の半導体装置用
    絶縁スペーサ。
