第１図〜第３図は何れも従来のウェハホルダ装置を示す
もので、第１図は斜視図、第２図は第１図の■−■線に
おける断面図、第３図は金属薄膜を真空蒸着すべきウェ
ハを載置した状態を示す断面図である。第４図〜第７図
は何れもこの考案の一実施例を示すもので、第４図は保
持片の斜視図、第５図は第４図の■−■線における断面
図、第６図および第７図は複数の保持片によってウェハ
を基台に設定した状態を示す斜視図と断面図である。 図面中、２はウェハ、３は保持基台、４は保持片、４ａ
は保持溝である。なお、図中同一符号は同一または相当
部分を示す。−

Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）磁性材からなる保持基台に着脱自在に吸着される
    永久磁石からなる複数の保持片に、金属薄膜を真空蒸着
    するウエノ１の縁部を挿入保持する保持溝を設けたこと
    を特徴とするウエノ１ホルダ装置。
  2. （２）ウェハの大きさ、および形状に対応して、保持基
    台に対する各保持片の吸着位置を調整し、この各保持片
    の保持溝にウエノ・の縁部を挿入保持させるようにした
    ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
    ウエノ１ホルダ装置。
