The invention is based on the periodic movement of the piston in an internal combustion engine, which generates an electrical signal in synchronization with C.
It is related to the method of determining the orientation of magnetic elements for
Background technology
In the case of machines that require periodic one-manual operation, such as internal combustion engines, parts such as the crank/gift
The need to control or start a specific operation or movement in synchronization with the movement or rotation of an item.
There is a point. For example, spark ignition, fuel injection execution and valve movement are coordinated.
Must be adjusted. A similar difficulty is the reference position 1 of a moving engine.
.. A position sensor is installed so that a fixed known position M is set relative to the position M. No.
If you establish the engine position so that the piston of the No. 1 cylinder is at the top dead end,
Mount the distributor on the engine so that the position sensor indicates the engine position
can be used. However, such mounting/f usually avoids mechanical mounting errors.

An ignition device that generates a signal is taught. ...Using is localized
It is fixed in place and locked in place by a screw that engages with the screw center hole of the housing.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
In FIGS. 1 and 2, the IJ computer 10 is the cover of the engine 22.
It is mounted directly on the arm shaft 20. The intermediate shaft 12 is installed directly near the camshaft 20.
The oriented z9 eliminates the need for bearings. ring shaped mug

After positioning the magnet, the magnetic poles are guided. The fixed position of the magnet
The rotational position of the magnetic pole on the magnet 14 and the position of the engine 2'2 are determined by the
A precise correlation with the rotational position of the crankshaft is possible. The result
As a result, manufacturing tolerances that may contribute to inaccuracies can be compensated for.
The intermediate shaft 12 has a hollow cylindrical shape and extends toward the end mounted on the outer diameter of the camshaft 20.
The diameter has been reduced.
A screw 34 with a washer 36 is attached to the mounting stud 30 and coupled to the intermediate shaft 12.
The intermediate member 12 is engaged with the inserted insert 38 to secure the intermediate member 12 to the mounting stud 30. Attachment
The tad 30 has a threaded portion 31 that screws into the central opening of the camshaft 20. middle
The shaft 12 has a plurality of openings spaced apart on the circumference in the radial direction at the end near the camshaft 20.
There is. An inserter 38 extends through a radial opening in intermediate shaft 12 and extends through intermediate shaft 12 .
It is a web having an integral circumferential ring-shaped portion on both the inner and outer surfaces of the web. Intermediate shaft 1

Similarly, the insert 38 is also comprised of a plastic/powdered metal combination and is connected to the intermediate shaft 120.
Formed in place by injection around.
A lip seal 42 between the insert 38 and the engine head 24 connects the camshaft 200
There are 26 passages around the oil engine 22, and the movement is to stop it from leaking.

A rotor 46 is supported at the end of the intermediate shaft 12 from which the engine 22 also protrudes.
(See Figure 6). The rotor 46 also holds a blade-shaped tortoise 48 and a spring 50.
I'm here. Mounting the spring 50 on the rotor 40 is accomplished with compressed ash and rivets.
There is no need for secondary attachment steps such as 710 heat fixing and the like. A spring is attached to the rotor 46.
It includes a clap-shaped rack 47 that holds the Id 50. backstnozo49hata

The mounting of the rice 50 has a reliable fixing property to the magnetic pole 48 due to its structure.
A solid, solid conductive path is guaranteed.

A sensor 54 (FIGS. 1 and 5) is coupled to a Seiko engine control;
Crankshaft position #Gives clear information. Sensor 54 is a bipolar Hall type device.
Due to the bipolar characteristic, the transition between positive and negative fluxes is difficult to experience after the zero flux condition.
The sensor can be turned on and off by receiving magnetic flux and negative magnetic flux.

A spring 58 is supported near the spring 50 and ignition voltage is provided to the spring 50 through a center electrode 60.
Through the supply magnetic pole 48, it can be distributed to multiple spark plug related electrodes 62.
