効果が黒色系に比べ劣るため、特殊なタイプのチタン白
を多量に添加しなければ効果は少い。

明はこれらの問題点を検討し解決したものである。すな
わち本発明は常用基板の上面に接着剤を介して薄紙化粧
紙を貼着する化粧板の製造方法において薄紙化粧紙と常
用基板を貼着する接着剤をJISK−5400に試験紙
上の隠ぺい率が50%以上及び黒面45度、0度拡散反
射率が40%以上となる様に白色及び黄色着色剤を添加
することを特徴とする薄紙化粧紙貼着化粧板の製造方法
に係わり、その要旨とする点は、1 接着剤の隠ぺい率
を50%以上にすると、基板の色調をほぼ隠ぺいし、薄

樹脂分に対し黄色着色剤を0.5重量%添加するだけで
チタン白のみを添加した場合に比傷ぺい率は約10%向
上するので、高価なチタン白の添加量の節減や、更に従
来の接着剤の隠ぺい率を向上させることが可能となつた

ることなく基板の色調を効果的に隠ぺいするので、基板
の選別や化粧板の色違いによるロッド分類などの手間が
不要となつて生産効率は向上し、かつ印刷模様の鮮やか
な商品価値の高いプリント合板が得られる。
