とびゃ糸切れ等を未然に防ぐ事が出来る利点が有り、且
つミシンの不良個所の早期発見にもつながるばかりでな
く、又多数のミシンを使用している縫製工場や専門のミ
シン販売業者にとっても、永年の経験と勘で、ミシンの
調製を行っていたものが最良の縫調子を数値的に正確に
割り出す事が出来るため見習工などの養成にも便利であ
り、3000種類近く有るミシンの縫調子を完全に出せ
るミシンイb理販売業者は皆無で有るが、事前にそれぞ
れの素材及び糸に合せて最良の縫調子を測定しておき測
定値グラフを作製しておく事により可能となり、しかも
取扱いは至って簡単で、初心者でも速やかに使用する事
が出来る極めて有効、適切なミシン縫糸調子測定器を提
供する事にある。

部8に設けられた螺子込孔、13は該螺子込孔に設けら
れた螺子溝、14は頭部に股tjられた螺子溝13と螺
合する螺子溝15を設けられた止め合せ杆、16は目盛
1に設けられた数字、17は適合度合が最も高い部位に
設けられた特別の目盛等の目印、18は所望のミシン、
19.20は糸かけ、21は天秤である。
