御するようにしたものにおいて、ファン送風によるプラ
ス圧を導入しダイヤフラムを介して弁体を開弁方向に付
勢するプラス圧検出室と、同様にファジ送風によるマイ
ナス圧を導入しダイヤフラムを介して弁体を閉弁方向に
付勢するマイナス圧検出室とを比例弁に設けたことを特
