Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）多孔質の焼結粒体からなり被加工物を真空吸着す
    る吸着体と、この吸着体を嵌合保持する保持本体とを具
    備し、上記吸着体の上記被加工物吸着側には他部分の焼
    結粒体よりも粒径が大きい焼結粒体からなる単層の粗粒
    焼結層が敷きつめられているとともにこの粗粒焼結層を
    構成している焼結粒体の一部が面一に削り取られて上記
    被加工物を吸着保持する吸着面が形成されていることを
    特徴とする保持装置。
  2. （２）粗粒焼結層を構成している焼結粒体の吸着面形成
    のための削り取り量は加工前の焼結粒体の全体積の１７
    ２以下であることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第１項記載の保持装置。
