  1. 半導体素子をマウントするベルト炉においてＨ２ガスの
    爆発を防止するためＨ２ガス燃焼用点火ヒーターが完全
    に赤熱した後、Ｈ２ガスが流れる事を特徴としたベルト
    炉用保護装置。
