Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain an integrated superior compound trolley wherein a metal streak is integrally mounted on the top part of a conductive rigid rail by fabricating said compound trolley in such a manner that the upper part of the conductive rigid rail is peeled off from the compound rigid rail which has the metal streak embedded in the conluctive rigid rail. CONSTITUTION:For providing a compound trolley having a metal streak 11 whose upper part exposed from a conductive rigid rail 10, the metal streak 11 made of stainless steel, steel or so is first inserted in a die containing a hollow part having an approximately I-shaped section, by way of an extrusion work method and metal in the molten state, such as aluminum, copper or so for shaping the conductive rigid rail 10 therefrom is poured and extruded around the metal streak 11 in the die, so as to produce a compound rigid rail 12. And then, with a cutter roll 13 brought in contact with the both sides of the compound rigid rail 12, it is drawn out to the back side of a base 14 to separate the upper part of the rigid rail 10. For facilitating the peeling-off operation, a roll 16 is provided between the upper surface part 15 of the rigid rail 10 to be peeled off and the surface of the metal streak 11 exposed by the peeling-off operation.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Conventionally, a composite rigid body and a lane (hereinafter referred to as composite trolley) as shown in No. 1 have been used as power supply means for electric movable bodies such as railway shafts, mole rails, and cranes. This composite trolley is manufactured by installing two IS'? This is accomplished by fitting both sides of a metal strip 2 made of stainless steel, steel, or the like into the interior of la, and integrating them by caulking.

However, the composite trolley thus obtained is
Since stainless steel or perfume and aluminum do not fuse and diffuse, the conductive rigid strip 1 and the metal strip 2 cannot be integrated with a high degree of adhesion.

As a result, conductivity is questionable. Furthermore, since the degree of adhesion between the electrophilic rigid strip 1 and the metal strip 2 is low, a gap is formed between them during long-term use, and moisture such as RI+V water enters this gap, causing corrosion. 11 The occurrence of eclipse occurs when a conductive rigid strip 1
Since the metal strip 2 and the metal strip 2 are different metals, this is facilitated by the difference in electronegativity between the two. As a result, there was a problem in that the electrical characteristics of the composite trolley deteriorated significantly.

First, using well-known extrusion processing technology, a metal strip made of stainless steel, steel, etc. is guided and inserted into a die having a hollow part with an inverted U-shaped cross section, and a metal strip made of molten aluminum, copper, etc. is inserted around it. The members forming the conductive rigid strip 10'g are injected and extruded to obtain a composite rigid strip 12 in which a metal strip 11 is embedded in the conductive rigid strip 10 along the longitudinal direction, as shown in FIG. Here, the surface of the metal strip 11 is subjected to surface polishing or coating treatment 4 to make the surface 11a exposed by peeling off a portion of the conductive rigid strip 10 in the deceleration process to facilitate this peeling operation. It is advisable to do so. Also, the back surface 11b facing this polished surface
The side surfaces are completely roughened by sandblasting or the like, and the metal strip 1 and the conductive rigid strip 10 are integrated with a high degree of adhesion by the extrusion process described above. The shape of the metal strip 11 is determined depending on the specifications of the composite trolley to be manufactured. In addition to the inverted U-shaped cross section shown in FIG. 2, the metal strip 11 may have a rectangular cross section as shown in FIG. The metal strip 11 may be made of any material as long as it has higher wear resistance than the conductive rigid strip 10 and has excellent electrical conductivity.

Next, as shown in FIG. 4, the cutting blade of the cutter roll 13 is brought into contact with both sides of the composite rigid strip 12 near the center line along the longitudinal direction of the side portion of the metal strip 11, and as shown in FIG. As shown in A) and FIG. 3B, the composite rigid strip 12 is pulled out after the base 14 on which it is placed, and the upper part of the conductive rigid strip 10 is peeled off. Upper skin part 1 of conductive rigid strip 10 to be peeled off
5 and the surface of the metal strip 11 exposed by the peeling process, a roll 16f is provided to facilitate the peeling operation. From the composite rigid strip 12 in which the metal strip 1 is embedded by extrusion processing, the upper skin portion 1 of the conductive rigid strip 10 is formed.
5 with a cutter roll 13, it is possible to obtain a composite trolley 20 in which the upper part of the metal strip 11 is separated from the conductive rigid strip 10 and the two are integrated, as shown in FIG. .

The obtained composite Toro IJ 2o is integrated with the 7 yen electrically rigid strip 1O and the metal strip 1 by complete extrusion processing, so
The degree of adhesion between the two is maintained at an extremely high value. Therefore, even after long-term use, 1. $fa rigid strip 10 is made of metal strip 1
It is possible to prevent a gap from forming between the two, thereby preventing corrosion caused by the intrusion of moisture such as rainwater. the result,
They are highly differentiated in terms of electrical properties such as conductivity. In addition, the metal strip 1 can be exposed by forming a cut with the cutter roll 13 and peeling it off using the roll 16, so the workability is much higher than the method of exposing the metal strip by cutting. Productivity can be improved.
