Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily make a print pollution protecting film for to non-painting or non-printing surfaces completely from painting or printing pollution by blending PVA with a silicon based resin, a vinylacetate based resin, a polyamide based resin and the like. CONSTITUTION:More than 40% of PVA with the polymerization degree of 1,800 excellent in the film forming property, solvent resistance and the film strength is mixed with 1-10% of silicon based resin to improve peelability of the protective film and a vinylacetate, based resin, a polyamide based resin, an acrylic resin and others with a better film forming property to form a resin liquid for protecting printing surfaces. This can be applied or printed on non-printing surfaces simply by brushing or screen printing and displays excellent capacity and effect of preventing printing pollution.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION This invention relates to a resin liquid for protecting a printed surface that can prevent contamination during printing and form a print contamination protection film that can be simply peeled off after printing is completed. A dispersible resin liquid is applied to the parts of the printing material that are not desired to be printed, dried, and after printing, a solvent-resistant printing stain protection film that can be easily peeled off without leaving any residue is formed using 40% PVA. Silicone resin 1-10%
The remainder is made of wave-forming resin such as vinyl acetate resin and polyamide resin.

In such cases, apply or print a protective resin on areas that do not require painting or printing by brush painting or screen printing, dry and apply semi-liquid or ink protection resin on the unnecessary areas.
If a paulownia stain protection film is formed and this printing stain protection layer is removed after painting or printing is completed, areas that should not be soiled will be properly protected from painting or printing stains.

The present invention provides a resin liquid that can easily create a printing stain protection group to completely protect surfaces that should not be coated or printed in this way from second coating or printing stains.

Therefore, the characteristics of this resin liquid are: ・It is possible to create a film that is resistant to solvents against school cloth liquids or printing inks. ・It has good wave-making malleability. ・The film has mechanical strength and strength of travel. It must also satisfy conditions such as good releasability from the base material surface.

Examples of solvent-resistant components include starch, casein, gum arabic, and PVA, but PVA is most preferred as it satisfies both wave-forming film properties and solvent resistance.

If the addition degree of P V k is too high, the coating strength will be poor, so in order to obtain sufficient coating strength, it is more preferable that the addition degree is 1800 or more.

Historically, when PVA alone is used, the adhesion immediately after drying is too good, and the coating is too hard, causing cracks and cracks when peeled off, which causes difficulty in peeling, so vinyl acetate is used.

It is preferable to use polyamide-based resins, acrylic resins, and other materials with good wave-forming film properties alone or in combination, but from the viewpoint of solvent resistance, it is not preferable for PVA to be less than 40%.

A plasticizer may be used to make the film (= flexibility), but if it is used in excess of what is necessary, the strength of the film may be low, such as the film tearing off when it is removed, or the adhesion force against the base material will improve, making it difficult to peel off. It also shows disadvantages such as:

In order to improve the releasability of the protective film, it is appropriate to mix 1 to 10 heavy parts of a silicone resin such as silicone, acrylic, or copolymer.

The printing surface maintenance resin liquid of the present invention formulated as above is as follows:
It is a resin liquid that can be applied or printed on non-printing surfaces very easily with a brush or screen printing. The dried film becomes a printing stain protection film that is not stained by paint or printing ink solvents, and the surface can be easily cleaned after printing. It becomes a printing stain protection film that can be peeled off cleanly, and (5) exhibits excellent printing stain prevention and effects.
