Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ローリングタワー設置時はキャスタ基筒内の弾性体によ
    り、ブレーキ軸を押し下げ、該軸の下端に取付けられて
    いるブレーキライニングをキャスタ車輪に当接させて、
    ブレーキを作動し、移動時は、主枠支柱に固定されたハ
    ンドルを、下方に回転させて、ブレーキワイヤを捲胴体
    に捲回して、ブレーキ軸を引き上げ、ブレーキライニン
    グとキャスタ車輪との当接を解放して、ブレーキを解除
    するローリングタワーの制動装置。
