Abstract

PURPOSE:To determine the position of a hollow ferrite core by a method wherein a pair of bobbins which have flanges at both ends of their cylindrical portions are arranged on the same center axis opposite to each other and bumps of a nail-shape are provided to the edges of the flanges of the bobbins facing to each other. CONSTITUTION:E-shape ferrite cores 1, 1' are composed in such a way that rectagular outside legs 4, 4', 5, 5' are connected to both ends of rectangular backbone culumns and center legs 6, 6' which have circular cross sections are provided at the center of the culumns. A hollow ferrite core 2 has a through hole 7 at its center into which the center legs of the E-shape cores are inserted. Flanges 12, 12', 13, 13' are provided at both ends of cylindrical portions 11, 11' of bobbins 10, 10' and bases 14, 14' are provided to the flanges 13, 13'. A plurality of bumps 16 of nail-shape are formed along the circumference edges of the outside surfaces of the flanges 12, 12' with a certain interval. The hollow ferrite core 2 is mated with the nail-shape bumps 16 on the flanges 12, 12' and held and is fixed tightly by the flanges 12, 12' of the bobbins 10, 10'.

が比較的大形となり、鉄損も大きい。特に高い周波数で
使用する場合は鉄損が犬きく効率低下をきたす欠点があ
