Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a transformer of a small size and high precision by providing one side of a coil bobbin with a square box holding an I-shaped core and having an outer surface curved in an arc, incorporating an E-shaped core into this coil bobbin, and adhesively correcting the abutting faces of the I-shaped core and the E-shaped core thereby for allowing the EI-shaped core to easily be constructed. CONSTITUTION:A square box 17 is provided on one collar 16 of a coil bobbin 12, and the outer surface of this square box 17 is formed so as to curve in an arc. When an I-shaped core 15 is slidably inserted into the square box 17, the I-shaped core 15 is put in pressure contact toward the collar 16 of the coil bobbin 12 due to the arc resilience of the square box 17. Then, an E-shaped core 14, applied with an adhesive agent 21 on the end 20 of the central magnetic leg 19 thereof, is inserted into the coil bobbin 12. Then, a pressure with appropriate strength is applied to the back portion 22 of the E-shaped core 14, and the pressure is removed after hardening of the adhesive agent 21. By this, a transformer can be achieved which possesses durability for temperature stress, excellent assembling ability, sufficient insulation between the terminal and the core, and excellent quality.

Structure of the conventional example and its problems As shown in Fig. 1, the conventional transformer has a plurality of collars 1a.
A coil 2 is formed by winding a winding around a coil bobbin 1 having coil bobbins 1, 1b, 1c, and an E-shaped iron core 3 and a worked-shaped iron core 4 are assembled into this coil bobbin 1 so as to butt each other to form a Japanese-shaped magnetic path. Two walls 6, 6 are provided on one collar 12L of the coil bobbin 1 to hold the shaped iron core 4 so as to form the coil bobbin 1.

Depending on the position, the joining strength of the E-shaped core 3 and the worked-shaped core 4 may vary, and when joining, the E-shaped core 3 and the worked-shaped core 4 are pressurized in the joining direction 75 (Due to the variation in pressurizing strength) A gap is likely to occur between the iron core 3 and the shaped iron core 4. Also, the connection bin 10 buried in the coil bobbin 1
.. 11 and the shaped iron core 4, the height of the retaining walls 5, 6 of the shaped iron core 4 is increased, which has the disadvantage of increasing the beam transformer. Also, changes over time,
Bond gaps also occurred due to changes in adhesive strength due to temperature stress.

Structure of the Invention In order to achieve the above object, the transformer of the present invention is provided! :
It is constructed by butting I-shaped iron, UL or ferrite iron cores, and is constructed by a coil bobbin with a square storage box to fix the shaped iron core. Since it is constantly pressurized, there is no gap caused by changes over time, and a high quality transformer can be provided.

As shown in FIG. 2, in a transformer constructed by incorporating an E-shaped core 14 and a shaped core 16 into a coil 13 wound around a coil bobbin 12 so as to butt each other, a shaped core 15 of a coil bobbin 12 is arranged. A square box 17 is provided on one side of the collar 16, and the outer surface 18 of this square box 17 is formed to be arched. Here, first, the shaped iron core 15 is slid and inserted into this rectangular box 17. Here, the shaped iron core 15 is pressed against the collar 16 of the coil bobbin 12 due to the bow-like elasticity of the rectangular box 17. Next, the adhesive 21 is applied to the end 2o of the central magnetic leg 19 of the E-shaped core 14 and inserted into the coil bobbin 12, and the back surface 22 of the E-shaped core 14 is pressed with moderate strength. After curing, stop applying pressure.

In this way, the transformer is configured by the E-shaped core 14 joined to the shaped core 15 housed in the elastic rectangular box 17, so that the shaped core 16 is always pressed against the collar 16 by the bow-shaped elasticity. Therefore, it can sufficiently withstand changes over time such as temperature stress, and can maintain the initial bonded state.

Furthermore, during manufacturing, variations in the amount of adhesive 21 at two positions can also be absorbed by elasticity. In this way, a high-quality joint between the E-shaped core 14 and the machined core 15 can be obtained, and one with less variation in inductance can be provided.

Further, the present invention will be explained with reference to the completed diagram shown in FIG. 3. Here, the rectangular box 17 also ensures insulation between the tip 23' of the L-shaped bent part that relays the lead wire drawn out from the coil 13 of the terminal 23 embedded in the coil bobbin 12 and the shaped iron core 15. Therefore, sufficient spatial distance can be secured and miniaturization is possible.
