投入口に開閉蓋を設ける一方、上部には換気扇を設け、
塵芥が発する臭気をビル外に放出するようにしているが
、この換気扇は作業者のスイッチ操作によって塵芥処理
を行なう前に作動させ、終了後に停止させているため、
作業者が換気扇を作動させずに塵芥処理を行なうと、開
閉蓋を開放した際に臭気がビル内に流入し、また、作業
終了時に開閉蓋を閉鎖しても停止せずに作動し続けるな
どの不具合がめった。
