Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent refregerant gas from leaking in order to improve the silencing ability by integrally shaping a U-shaped communicating pipe with one of two components into which a silencer is divided by an intersecting plane of the communicating pipe with the axis of the silencer so as to free the communicating pipe of seam. CONSTITUTION:A separated type sucking silencer 14 which is shaped out of synthetic resin integrally with an approximately U-shaped communicating pipe 15 engaged in the opening of a head plate 11 so as to make direct communication with the interior of a cylinder 9 is divided into two bodies 14a and 14b by the intersecting plane of the U-shaped communicating pipe 15 with the axis of the silencer, that is, is composed of those bodies 14a and 14b. The body 14a is integrally provided with the U-shaped communicating pipe 15 and an engaging part 17 adapted for mounting the pipe to a cylinder 9. 継ぎ目から冷媒ガスがリークして吸込消音器の機能を損
