[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a camera that allows images such as figures and characters to be captured through the main lens and at the same time allows the captured images to be viewed from within the finder.

A conventional method for imprinting an image on a camera is to form a predetermined image on the film surface from an imprinting device installed on the front of the film outside the optical path of the main lens of the camera 2.
Alternatively, there is a method in which transmitted light corresponding to an image from an image imprinting device set on the rear surface of the film is applied from the rear surface of the film, and the image is imprinted using the transparency of the film base.

What is common to both of these methods is that the objects to be imprinted almost always contain letters and numbers, such as months and years, due to the constraints imposed by the structure that requires the image to be imprinted in a dark box inside the camera housing. It is difficult to view the imprinted image directly from outside the camera or through the viewfinder using a mechanical method, as can be confirmed by an identification code equivalent to the imprinted image attached to a separate mechanism.

Therefore, if the image to be imprinted is not a symbol or character, but is a special image, or an image that you want to create arbitrarily, it is impossible to imprint it at all.

The present invention makes it possible to imprint an image other than one character of the above-mentioned symbol, allows the imprinted image to be viewed through a finder, and provides an exceptional camera for downsizing and accurate imprinting.

In the figure, the image is formed on the film surface 8 by the main lens 1.
A bar 7mi 2- (semi-transparent mirror) 3 is provided in front of the main lens 1 at an angle of 45 degrees with respect to the optical axis 2 of the main lens 1.
An image irradiation unit 6 is installed to irradiate transmitted light corresponding to image 5 on the reflective surface side of the main lens 1 through a focusing lens 4, and transmitted light corresponding to image 5 is irradiated through the main lens 1 shown by the chain line I. An image is formed on the film surface 8 through the optical path.

On the other hand, if the transmittance of the frame 2-3 is set appropriately, the image of the object 9 will be formed on the film surface 8 along with the image 5 through the optical path shown by the solid line 10 through the main lens 1. This is what I did.

Therefore, the light source 6 for the image 5 can be installed outside the dark box of the camera housing, and it is possible to optically project the image 5 into the viewfinder or other mechanism to make the image 5 clearly visible together with the subject image. This will be explained together with the explanation of the finder section shown by the two-dot chain line 12.

In FIG. 2, the object 9 can be visually observed through the objective lens 13, the first semi-transparent half mirror 14, and the eyepiece 15, while the reflected image 5 shows a window 16 for letting in light and a light source 6. The transmitted light corresponding to the image 5 is transmitted to the third mirror by illumination from the second semi-transparent mirror 17 which also serves as a reflection.
However, the transmitted light is reflected at right angles by the total reflection mirror 19 and is irradiated onto the first semitransparent half mirror 14 side.

As a result, the image 5 reflected on the first translucent half mirror 14 can be viewed through the eyepiece 15, and at this time, the image of the subject 9 can also be viewed through the eyepiece 15 at the same time.

Further, the operation of imprinting the image 5 onto the film surface 8 is performed by applying light irradiation from the light source 6 to the image 5 through the second semi-transparent mirror 2-17, thereby creating transmitted light corresponding to the image 5.
The transmitted light is guided to the focusing lens 4 side through the third translucent half mirror 18, and can be imprinted on the film surface 8 based on the basic operation described above.

Since the present invention is based on the operation contents described above,
The image to be imprinted is not limited to a specific image, and the image of the subject and the imprinted image can be combined in the viewfinder at the time of shooting. If you want to capture the subject in the image, compose the imprint image 5 into a figure 21 with a dot 20, capture the subject looking through the viewfinder in the dot 20, and take a picture. An image can be formed as shown in FIG.

In addition, since the imprinted image is created by light irradiation from the light source 6, the shading of the image is affected by the brightness and light emitting time of the light source 6, but the imprinted image can be used for characters that do not require intermediate colors,
Alternatively, since most of the patterns are substantially geometric, it is sufficient to have a brightness that causes fog on the film and ultimately forms a blank image.

However, regarding the luminescence time, the shunter mechanism 11 in Fig. 1A
115, which is the normal maximum shunter speed of the shunter mechanism 11 because the imprint must be synchronized with the aperture of the shunter mechanism 11.
It is required that the light emitting time is approximately 0.00 seconds, and that the light is bright enough to form an image as described above during that light emitting time, and that it does not take up much space.

Furthermore, if the shunter mechanism 11 is of a type in which the opening time changes in accordance with the brightness of the subject, a light source for imprinting the image is not necessarily required, and as shown in Fig. By directly utilizing the incident light from the translucent mirror 7-IT, it is possible to expose the image 5 onto the film surface while always limiting the exposure amount to a predetermined amount.

As described above, the present invention allows any image to be imprinted by a relatively simple means on a part of the camera housing that does not require complete optical shielding, and can be applied to any image within a predetermined film angle of view. It is possible to provide a camera that has features such as being able to take images anywhere.
