    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 略コツプ形状からなり、その高さ中間位置に段差部を有
    し、この段差部を境とする上部を大径とし且つ下部を小
    径とすると共に、該段差部を僅かに上向きに傾斜させ、
    この上向き傾斜角を５〜１５°としてなることを特徴と
    する薄い合成樹脂製のアイスクリーム用容器。
