図面中、１は弾性リング、２は受台、３は溝、４は被装
着部材、５は移動ロッド、８は把持受け ゛部
材、９は当接部、１２は内スリーブ、１４は弾性リング
開放用駆動装置、１４ａは揺動駆動装置、１６は外スリ
ーブ、１８は絶持部、１９は把持リンク、２１は連結リ

当接部とで前記弾性リングを屈曲状態で把持し得る、よ
うに前記把持リンクを揺動駆動する揺動駆動装置と、前
記内スリーブと前記移動ロッドとの間に設けられ且つ前
記把持部を前記当接部に対して往復駆動する弾性リング
