ブよりも上流に連らなる第１通路が開口する制御負圧室
と、同じ（下流に連らなる第２通路が開口する一定負圧
室と、該一定員圧室との間をダイヤフラムによって隔成
された大気室と、前記一定員王室内の負圧を制御負圧室
に導びく負圧通路と、該負圧通路から分岐して延びる制
御負圧通路と、前記制御負圧室内の負圧通路開口端に対
向して設けられ、この負圧通路開口端を開閉して前記制
御負圧通路内に制御負圧を生じせしめる電磁バルブとか
らなる負圧制御バルブにおいて、前記第２通路内に、吸
気通路から一定負圧室に向う流れを阻止するチェックバ
ルブを設けたことを特徴とする内燃機関の負圧制御バル
