間部外周にフランジＢとを設け、タンク内に該バルブシ
リンダの閉塞端側を挿入して該゛タンク開口部に設けた
フランジＣと該フランジＢとを着脱自在に′固着して密
閉容器を構成し、該バルブシリンダ内には該閉塞端から
一定距離の間を摺動可能としたピストンを装着すると共
に、該バルブシリンダ壁には該ピストンが該閉塞端側に
在るときに該タンクの内部と該バルブシリンダの開口端
側とを連通ずる吐出孔と、該ピストンがもう一端側に在
るときに該タンクの内部と該バルブシリンダの閉塞側と
を連通ずる充填孔とを設け、該充填孔には所定圧力で開
いて該バルブシリンダから該タンク内への気体の流入を
許容するバルブを取付ける一方、該ピストン止板を貫通
する給気孔を設け、該給気孔に給気管を装着して該給気
管を該タンクの該バルブシリンダ挿入部に対向する壁面
を貫通して設けた弁取付座に連結し、そこから外部の高
圧気体発生源と三方弁を介して連結したことを特徴とす
