The problem was that it caused trouble when doing so.

In the case of a colorant composition that has good dispersibility, the stirring time for mixing can be shortened, and the stirring speed does not need to be so high, increasing productivity, and making it easier for industrial production. It is something that produces benefits.

明を完成させたものである。The present inventors focused on the existence of the defects observed in the conventional colored spinning dope for cellulose-based artificial fibers as described above, and improved the dispersibility of the colorant composition in the spinning dope by eliminating these defects. As a result of extensive research to develop a colored spinning dope, we found that adding a mixture of diglycerin and/or triglycerin to a colorant composition composed of pigments, dispersants, etc. to the above spinning dope will result in coloring. The dispersibility of the agent composition in the spinning dope is significantly improved, and as a result, the colored fibers obtained by spinning using the spinning dope with stabilized dispersion have excellent coloring uniformity. Moreover, the present invention was completed by discovering that the hue density was improved.

In either case, the conventional disadvantage of colloidal shock of pigment particles is prevented, the easy dispersibility of the colorant composition in the spinning dope is improved, and this dispersion is stabilized. The effects of the invention can be effectively achieved.

This is a number obtained by measuring the number of coarse particles (number of particles with a particle size of 10 microns or more) per field of view under an optical microscope at 100x magnification, and the smaller the number, the less the filter is clogged. There is little yarn breakage during spinning, and in addition, the fiber strength and elongation are good, and the color is also good and glossy.

。For comparison, when we repeated the same operation using a colorant composition completely lacking the use of diglycerin, it was found that each color paste was not uniformly dispersed in the viscose rayon stock solution, and the threads during spinning were not uniformly dispersed. There were many breaks, and therefore this product could not be used as a spinning dope for each color.
