上部断熱材と下部の断熱材にて試料を収容する室を形成
し、且その試料外周より加熱する加熱体を断熱材内に設
けた加熱炉に於て、上記断熱材内に高温強度を有し、且
つ熱伝導性のよい材料にて有底円筒状に形成した隔壁を
設けると共に該隔壁にて断熱材内の試料を収納する室と
加熱体とを分離し、且断熱材外周にはチャンバー内壁と
の間にしかも電極より上方位置でチャンバー内を上下両
