Using cutting machine tools, for example, drilling holes in metal plates, tapping,
When performing various operations such as reaming, if you take into consideration the following points: improving machinability, preventing wear of processing tools (e.g. drills, reamers, taps, etc.), and controlling accuracy, it is possible to ensure that chips generated during cutting are removed. At the same time, it is necessary to supply cutting fluid to the power tool.

When the cutting process is completed and the cutting tool 1 is displaced upward, the cutting tool 1 is again moved to the hard brush 8 □ and the soft brush 8 . Since the chips pass through the cutting tool 1 during cutting, the hard brush 8□ can reliably remove the chips that have adhered to the cutting tool 1, and the soft brush 8□ can reliably remove the chips from the cutting tool 1. Can be coated with oil.

In addition, since the hard brush 8□ is provided below the soft brush 8□, the chips attached to the processing tool 1 are surely removed by the hard brush 82 when the cutting process is finished. The cutting oil can be applied from the soft brush 81 to the inside of the soft brush 8□, and there is no risk of chips adhering to the inside of the soft brush 8□.

As described above, according to the device of the present invention, it is possible to automatically remove chips and apply cutting oil at the same time as cutting, and
Since the dripping amount of the cutting oil can be adjusted, there is no waste in lubricating, and furthermore, the table 3 is not contaminated with the cutting oil.

Since the brush support part 8 is configured to be able to slide in the directions of the arrows a and b, as the cutting tool 1 is laterally displaced depending on the cutting position, the brush support part 8 is moved in the directions of the arrows a and b.
By slidingly displacing it in the b direction, the cutting tool 1 can be supported at an optimum position where it can always pass through the soft brush 81 and the hard brush 8□.

As described above, the cutting tool sweeping device for a machine tool according to the present invention includes a sweeping means for sweeping away chips and the like attached to the cutting tool.
The cutting tool is configured with a brush member consisting of at least a hard brush and a soft brush, and the hard brush is on the side of the workpiece to be cut, and the soft brush is on the side of the cutting tool. Since the cutting tool is placed so as to face the cutting tool at a position before contact, the sweeping means automatically removes the cutting tool as the cutting tool contacts and separates from the workpiece support during cutting. This can improve work efficiency and productivity compared to the conventional method in which chips were removed using a brush or the like after each hole drilling. Also, since the means for supplying cutting fluid to the cutting tool is arranged in relation to the soft brush, the cutting region can be automatically removed during cutting, and the cutting fluid can also be automatically supplied to the cutting tool. As a result, 1
Work efficiency can be improved compared to conventional methods, in which chips are removed with a brush or the like and cutting oil is applied to the cutting tool with a brush or the like after each machining process. Since the cutting fluid can be sufficiently retained and the cutting tool passes through the hard brush and the soft brush, the chips attached to the cutting tool during cutting can be reliably removed by the hard brush, and the cutting fluid can be removed by the soft brush. Cutting fluid can be applied to the cutting tool from which chips have been removed. Also, since the hard brush is provided below the soft brush, the chips attached to the tool can be removed when the cutting process is finished. After reliably removing the chips with a hard brush, the cutting oil can be applied with a soft brush, which has the advantage that there is no risk of chips adhering to the soft brush.
