増量通路と、このアイドル燃料増量通路を負荷に応じて
開閉するアイドル増量電磁弁とを備えた内燃機関におい
て、機関の減速状態を検出する手段と、所定減速時に前
記両電磁弁を同時並列的に閉じる制御回路を備えたこと
