む送気手段を設け、該送気手段の掃気通路上流側と下流
側を連通ずる還流通路を形成するとともに該還流通路に
還流される掃気量を調整する制御弁を設け、該制御弁を
運転状態に基づいて制御するようにしたことを特徴とす
