いる。第1図fはかかる工程を経て得られた被覆金属板
の完成品を示している。以上本発明の被覆金属板製造方
法は、樹脂被覆及び金属基板を一挙に貫通した貫通孔を
穿設せず樹脂肉盛部を形成する穴を設けた後貫通孔を穿
設し、その後樹脂肉盛部を加熱溶融肉寄せして貫通孔の
金属露出端面を被覆するものであるので、特別の加工や
処理を必要とせず、また他の樹脂材料の援助を受けずに
、しかも被覆金属板素材を買い入れた加工業者であつて
も容易に貫通孔の金属露出端面が被覆された。
