【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は、少なくとも所謂直方視、側方視の如く二方向

及び照明窓22と、その側面に所謂側方視に供される第
2の観察窓23及び照明窓24とがそれぞれ設けられて
いて、直方視観察と側方観察とを可能であるように槽底

察窓近傍に沿って鉗子先端を突出させ揺動可能とする共
通の開口を設け、その開口に、一端が手元操作部の鉗子
挿入口に連接された一つの鉗子挿通路の他端を連通させ
ると共に、その開口部内に手元操作により鉗子先端を各
観察方向にわたって揺動させ得る一つの鉗子揺動部材を
