上記水平方向振動における固有振動数が高くなるよう非
線形特性をもたせるべく、上記の上部凹状弯曲受部およ
び下部凹状弯曲受部の各周縁に上記の上部凹状弯曲受部
および下部凹状弯曲受部の曲率半径より小さな曲率半径
をもった縁部が形成されたことを特徴とする、水平動防
