As shown in FIG. 1, the conventional connection structure includes a bent piece 10 with a complicated locking part 11 such as a U-shape formed at the end of the panel, and a locking piece that fits into the corner material 1. After the corner material 1 is made to stand on its own, the bent pieces 10 of the panel are inserted into the corner material so that the two panels are perpendicular to each other, and the joint material is inserted between the bent pieces 10 and 10. 7 was inserted and fixed.

However, the structure of the locking part of the panel 3 shown in FIG.
, R, P, or other synthetic resins, the locking part 11 provided on the bent piece 10 has a reverse slope, so there is a drawback that it cannot be cut out and cannot be molded.

Furthermore, when assembling a panel with the shape shown in FIG. 1 using metal plates or the like and removing the panel to the indoor side for reasons such as maintenance and inspection, the locking portions 11 of the panel fit into the locking portions of the corner material 1. Therefore, it is necessary to pull the panel with a very large force, which has the disadvantage of introducing deformation of the panel folding piece 10 and damaging or peeling off the decorative layer on the panel surface.

The present invention was developed in view of the drawbacks of sloping panels, and the bent pieces, corner materials, and joint materials of the panel are made into simple shapes, and the bent pieces of the panel can be integrally molded, making assembly and removal easy. The purpose of this invention is to provide a panel connection structure for a part of an indoor corner that is strong and inexpensive.

以下本考案の実施例を第3図に基いて説明する。An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIG.

Reference numeral 1 denotes a corner material of a square prism made of metal such as aluminum, which is erected at the four corners of a waterproof floor of a bathroom unit, and the corner material 1 is formed by one corner formed by adjacent substrates 2 and 2'. The substrate 2,
A portion of the substrate 2' is cut out in a triangular shape, and supporting pieces 6, 6' are provided at the cut-out ends of the substrate 2, 2' facing outward at an angle of 135 degrees with respect to the substrate. An opening is provided between 6'.

3, 3' have a decorative layer applied to the surface, and the periphery of the approximately rectangular plate-like body is bent outward at 90 degrees to provide a bent piece 4.4'.
It is a wall panel integrally formed of synthetic resin such as P, and the height of the bent pieces 4, 4' of the panels 3, 3' is the same as the tip of the support piece 6°6' of the corner material 1 and the part 6, 6' is formed to have a dimension equal to or smaller than the distance from the end of the continuous substrates 2, 2'.

Reference numeral 7 denotes a long joint material made of elastic rubber or synthetic resin having an arrow-shaped cross section, and the joint material consists of an arrow-shaped head and fan-shaped fins 8. 8
When the bent pieces 4, 4' of two wall panels are inserted perpendicularly to the opening of the corner material 1, the panels 4
A recess is formed that is slightly wider than the dimension between the corners of 4' and has an angle of 90 degrees.

That is, in order to assemble the wall panel of the present invention, first, the corner material 1 having an opening on the floor is made to stand on its own in the room, and the bent pieces 4, 4 of the panels 3, 3' are inserted into the opening. ' are inserted into the corner material 1 so that the surfaces of the adjacent panels 3, 3' form a right angle, and each of the bent pieces 4, 4
Position the tips of the corner material 10 so that they are in contact with the inside of the substrates 2, 2', and the tips of the support pieces 6 and 6' of the corner material 1 are in contact with the back surfaces of the panels 3, 3', and fold the panels 3, 3'. Press the joint material 7 between the corners of the curved pieces 4 and 4', and then press the joint material 7 between the left and right corners and the joint material 7.

Therefore, the connection strength of the above structure is such that when force is applied from inside the room in direction A as shown in FIG. Since the tips of the pieces 4 and 4' are in contact with the inner surface of the inner part of the corner material 1, the force from A is transferred to the support piece 6.
As a result, a force is transmitted around the corner material 10 and indirectly pushes the opposing corner material 10 and the substrate 2' in the A direction, and of course a force is also applied in the A direction to the sandwiched bent piece 4'.

However, due to the stiffness of the corner material itself as well as the tension stiffness of the adjacent panel 3' to which one is fixed, the bent piece 4' does not fluctuate and has very strong strength.

In addition, against the force in direction B, the compressive resistance of the fins 8 of the joint material 7 and the joint main body which are brought into close contact due to elasticity has sufficient connection strength due to the compressive rigidity of the panel 3' as described above. .

Therefore, since the present invention has the above-mentioned configuration, the folded portion of the panel does not require complicated processing for locking, and both ends of the panel surface are simply bent at approximately right angles to form a folded piece having a flat surface. Therefore, various molding methods can be used with various materials for the panel, and a connection structure having sufficient strength can be obtained at low cost.

Moreover, the panel can be easily removed, replaced, etc. without causing damage or peeling of the decorative surface.

Corners formed by adjacent substrates of a rectangular prism are cut to form an opening between the substrates, and support pieces facing each other with an inclination of 135 degrees outward relative to the substrates are placed at the ends of both substrates. A metal corner member vertically installed is erected and fixed, and the bent pieces of two orthogonal panels having at least a 90-degree bent piece on the side of the corner member are inserted into the opening of the corner member. Insert the pieces perpendicularly and place them so that the tip of the corner material support piece is on the back side of the panel and the inside of the panel folding piece is in contact with the inside of the corner material, and the fin is inserted between the panel corners in the opening. What is claimed is: 1. A panel connection structure characterized by inserting a joint material having a structure and sandwiching the panel inside the corner material and between the corner material support piece and the joint material.
