Synthetic fiber fibers (hereinafter simply referred to as fibers) that have been formed into threads or tapes from (not shown) and guided through a cooling tank (not shown) are first stretched roller 2 and second stretched roller 3. The material is stretched and stretched due to the difference in circumferential speed between the two.

In addition to the above-mentioned partition plate, the heating liquid receives the heated liquid that overflows from the top partition plate and flows out from the partition plates below the top level, and supplies it again into the tank to cause the above-mentioned overflow and outflow. A liquid circulation mechanism and a guide roller mechanism each disposed outside the tank at both ends to guide the filament so as to penetrate the gap and pass through the tank are provided, and the filament is folded back and passed through the tank to be stretched. A stretching heat treatment tank designed to perform heat treatment.
