Conventionally, regarding this method, for example, Japanese Patent Publication No. 48-105
As shown in Publication No. 73, adhesive tapes are pasted on the wall surface of the structure where the crack has occurred at desired intervals so as to intersect with the crack, and [1. Then, the adhesive tape is peeled off and a part of the crack is opened to form an injection port, and for this injection, a suppressing elastic body such as rubber is installed at the tip of the injection nozzle of the reinforcing agent injection device. VIE the reinforcing agent by pressing the reinforcing agent, and when the press-fitting agent overflows from the adjacent injection hole, stop the press-fitting, plug the injection port, and then apply the above-mentioned elastic force to the adjacent injection port. A method is known in which similar press-fitting and plugging are performed by pressing the body against each other, and this operation is sequentially performed on the adjacent injection DK. When using this conventional method, dust is removed by blowing compressed air toward the cracks, but with this method, the compressed air does not enter the cracks sufficiently, especially when cleaning old cracks. As is often the case, dust is difficult to peel off from the crack, and moreover, the dust may not be sufficiently blown out from within the crack. In addition, when reinforcing agent is press-fitted, it is done by pressing a suppressing elastic body provided at the tip of the injection nozzle of the reinforcing agent injection device against the injection port, but depending on the location of the crack, the worker may have to take an unreasonable working posture. In such cases, it is difficult to maintain accurate pressing during the press-fitting period, and even if the angle of pressing against the injection 1" is incorrect, the reinforcing agent may not be sufficiently applied. The reinforcing agent may not enter the crack and leak sideways from the injection port, resulting in a large loss of reinforcing agent. Also, the reinforcing agent is difficult to penetrate deep into the crack by simply pressing the tip of the spout against the wall. be.

The purpose of the present invention is to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks and provide a method that is easy to work with and can perform reliable reinforcement regardless of the location of the crack. In this method, drill holes are drilled at desired intervals from the wall surface of the structure to an appropriate depth, and the cleaning nozzle of the cleaning device is inserted into the drill holes to blow air to blow out dust and debris. This is accomplished by inserting the injection nozzle into the crack while sealing the nozzle base and the 1-1 portion of the drill hole, and press-fitting the reinforcing agent into the crack through the nozzle. Therefore, according to the method of the present invention, by inserting the cleaning nozzle into the drill hole and blowing air into it, the jetted air flow can be passed through the crack with great force, thereby preventing any buildup or accumulation within the crack. It is possible to effectively peel off and blow out the dust and debris that is present, and after that, insert the injection nozzle into the drill hole with the nozzle base and the mouth of the drill hole aligned, and press-fit the reinforcing agent. By doing so, the reinforcing agent is reliably press-fitted deep into the crack, and the seal described above prevents the reinforcing agent from leaking out. Therefore, the worker can inject the reinforcing agent without being affected by the location of the crack. By simply inserting the nozzle into a drilled hole, reliable injection can be performed with a simple operation without requiring special consideration of the relative angular relationship between the nozzle and the wall surface.

A drill hole 2 is drilled to an appropriate depth from the wall surface. The mutual spacing between adjacent drill holes 2 is determined as appropriate. Then,
A cleaning nozzle (not shown) of a cleaning device connected to an air conditioner is inserted into the drill hole 2, and compressed air is sent into the crack from the nozzle to blow out dust and dirt. The above cleaning device is shaped like a gun and
Preferably, the gun barrel is configured as the above-mentioned cleaning nozzle, and compressed air is spouted from the nozzle tip when the trigger is pulled.

Next, as shown in FIG. 2, an adhesive tape 3 is pasted on the wall covering the drill hole 2, and the opening L on the wall of the crack 1 is sealed with a material 4 such as paraffin. It is closed by being cogged. Next, as shown in FIG. 43, the adhesive tape 3 is peeled off and the drill hole 2 is opened in the wall surface V.

To inject the reinforcing agent, insert the injection nozzle 6 of the injection device 5 into the drill hole 2, as shown in FIG. 7 is inserted between the nozzles 6 and 6, and the reinforcing agent is ejected from the tip and possibly the side of the nozzle 6. Preferably, the injection device 5 is in the shape of a gun as shown, and the injection nozzle 6 is formed in the barrel. Injection nozzle 6
A chemical solution is fed into the rear main body part from a reinforcing agent supply device (not shown). Preferably, they are introduced separately into the main body part, where they are mixed and delivered to the nozzle 6. Since the outlet of the press-fitted reinforcing agent is blocked by the sealing material 7, it is forcibly pushed deep into the flannel, filling the crack space near the first drill hole, and a part of it is The water comes to flow into the adjacent drill hole 2. When this is confirmed, the reinforcing agent injection is stopped, the nozzle 6 is pulled out from the drill hole 2, and the mouth of the drill hole 20 is immediately plugged (FIG. 5). Next, the nozzle 6 is inserted into the adjacent drill hole to perform injection, and the same injection operation as described above is performed, and this operation is sequentially applied to all the drill holes to complete the injection operation. After the injection is completed, it is preferable to remove the caulking agent 4 with a suitable tool, thereby obtaining a beautifully finished wall surface as shown in FIG. 6 (5).

Drill holes at desired intervals from the wall surface of the structure to an appropriate depth in cracks that have occurred in the concrete, etc. of the structure, insert the cleaning nozzle of the cleaning device into these drill holes and blow air to blow out dust and debris, and then clean the holes. The mouth of the crack is covered with adhesive tape, etc., and the entire crack is subjected to cogging treatment on the wall surface. Then, the adhesive tape, etc. is peeled off, and the injection nozzle of the injection device is inserted into the drill hole, connecting the nozzle base and the mouth of the drill hole. Insert the reinforcing agent in a sealed state, and then press-fit a reinforcing agent such as synthetic resin liquid into the crack from the nozzle. When the press-in reinforcing agent overflows from the adjacent drill hole, stop the press-fitting, pull out the injection nozzle, and remove the drill. This occurs in concrete, etc. of a structure characterized by plugging the mouth of a hole, then press-fitting a reinforcing agent and plugging the adjacent drill holes in the same manner as described above, and performing this operation sequentially on the adjacent drill holes.
