本考案はかんな刃を装着した定盤と送材装置とを、本体
フレームに片持ち状に支持して片側を開放した片持ち式
木工超仕上かんな盤の加工材検知装置の改良に関するも

(送材方向)及び上下方向にのみ移動可能に対設するの

すの幅が狭い場合には同図実線のように定盤3(オたは
送材機構フレーム8)の側面に接近させて設置して作業

レームの倒れかに加工材通路を隔てて発光素子と受光素
子とを対設して、加工材通路を移送される加工材の通過
を受光素子の受光動作により検知して、送材装置の停止
、送材方向の切換え等を制御する片持ち式木工超仕上か
んな盤において、発光素子17と受光素子20のいずれ
か一方を、定盤捷たは送材機構フレームの開放側側面に
側部方向への突出度調節可能に挿通して設けたガイドバ
ー15に固定し、その発光素子17又は受光素子20を
前記開放側側面から任意の間隔を置いた側部に設置し得
る機成としたことを特徴とする片持ち式木工超仕上かん
