DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to an apparatus for cutting a highly flexible elastic board such as polyurethane foam while forming an uneven shape.
It is possible to easily form two elastic plates having divided surfaces in which concave and convex shapes are alternately arranged on all sides.

Conventionally, in order to cut an elastic plate made of polyurethane foam or other flexible material in a direction that bisects its thickness, and to form an uneven shape on the divided surface by cutting, a knife is used while compressing it with an uneven roll. or by attaching a spring-loaded retractable piece to two conveyor-like drive bodies, press the rod of the retractable piece with a presser that serves as a cam, and make the retractable piece move in and out. was cut with a knife (for example, the

However, in the case of rolls, it is easy to form the uneven shape if the unevenness of the elastic plate is long in the feeding direction. It is not suitable for forming a divided surface by cutting in the same way, and it may be possible to change the direction and pass it between rolls again, but it is not suitable for forming a concavo-convex shape consisting of concave and convex lines. It has the disadvantage that it is very difficult to cut and the finished shape is not good.

In addition, the roll itself requires a large number of rolls with uneven shapes and different dimensions, which also has the drawback of increasing the cost of the roll. Also,
In the case of using the above mentioned spring-loaded spring-loaded piece for conveyor conveyance. Although it is easy to act with a pusher serving as a cam for a piece extending in and out the entire length in the width direction, this is also not suitable for forming a divided surface by cutting in which uneven shapes are arranged alternately on all sides. In addition to that. The conveyor and drive require a lot of equipment space. Also, because it comes with a spring. Unexpected deformation of the concavo-convex pattern was likely to occur due to variations in the pressing force. Therefore. In this invention, an uneven shape is formed on an elastic plate. In more detail. It is possible to form a divided surface having a concave and convex shape in which concave and convex shapes are arranged alternately on all sides in one cutting process.V). Let me describe the characteristics of its structure. Gear-shaped segments that protrude radially from the shaft are attached to each of the two rotating shafts in parallel. The segment has a width that appropriately divides the longitudinal direction of each axis. The outer periphery has a concave and convex shape, and the concave and convex shape is arranged alternately between two axes and between adjacent axes. It is designed so that elastic plates such as polyurethane foam can be sandwiched between the segments of the two axes. Also regarding the above bulletin board. A cutter is provided that moves in the axial direction at a fixed position. It is constructed so that two elastic plates having concave and convex shapes on all sides can be cut and formed. Next. Regarding this invention having the above configuration. The implementation will be explained using diagrams. 1st
Overview of the device in the figure 1fC 1 and 2 are each rotating shaft.
The rotational force transmitted from the motor 3 to the gear transmission section 5 via the belt transmission section 4 is further transmitted through the unipersonal joint sections 6, 6', 7, and r, causing rotation.

Reference numerals 11 and 21 are gear-shaped segments attached to each of the above-mentioned two shafts 1 and 2 in such a manner that they protrude radially from the shaft and are arranged in parallel. It has a width that separates 1 and 2 in the longitudinal direction. Moreover, it has uneven shapes L and H on the outer periphery. It is replaceably attached to each shaft 1, 2, and accordingly each shaft 1, 2 is also attached.
It is desirable to adopt a structure (not shown) that allows easy removal from the bearing parts 8, 8', 9, and 95 upwards.

As is clear from Figures 2 and 3. The unevenness L and H are arranged alternately between the two axes and between the adjacent axes. Segments 11, 2 of such two axes 1, 2
An elastic plate 30 made of polyurethane foam or the like can be inserted between the two. Furthermore, reference numerals 40 and 41 shown in FIG. 1 are pulleys for the band saw, and the rotation is transmitted from the cutter drive motor 42 to cause the band saw 10 to run endlessly.

This traveling band saw 10 is. A preferred running mode for cutting is to run the elastic plate 30 to a position immediately after it passes between the segments 11 and 21, as shown in FIG. Using the above-described cutting device, a polyurethane foam or other elastic board 30 (e.g., polyethylene foam,
When cutting polystyrene foam, etc. Bullet pouring plate 3 between segments 11 and 12 rotating on two axes 1 and 2
If you insert 0. The concave and convex shapes L and H of the segments 11 and 21 are arranged alternately between the two axes and between adjacent axes. As shown in Figure 6, the area with the convex shape H is strongly compressed. In order to press the bandage plate in that area so as to be biased from the cut point C-C'' which bisects the thickness. As shown by the chain line It will be biased by that amount.

Therefore, the pressed side has a concave shape e, that is, a valley shape, as shown in FIG. The surface facing this has a convex shape h, that is, a mountain shape. In this way, 30a at Bandung 10
The elastic plate divided into two halves 30b and 30b has dividing surfaces 31 and 32 in which concavo-convex shapes E and h are arranged at intersections q on all sides.

In the case of the above disconnection. If each segment 11, 21 has uneven shapes L, H of the same size. The uneven shapes E and h of the elastic plates 30a and 30b, which are divided into two by cutting, also have exactly the same shape. When some of the uneven shapes formed by the segments 11 and 21 arranged in parallel on the two shafts 1 and 2 are formed with different dimensions, the uneven shapes can vary greatly.

For example, adding height differences to the convex shape of an elastic board that is divided into two parts.
It is possible to create a concave shape with a depth difference. According to this invention as above. All you have to do is pass a bullet plate made of polyurethane foam or the like between the gear-shaped segments that are installed in parallel on each of the two shafts and protrude radially from the shaft, and cut with a knife. It is possible to continuously cut and form two elastic plates with dividing surfaces in which concave and convex shapes are arranged alternately on all sides. It can be formed in one work process and requires less equipment space. It is very easy to cut and form, and work efficiency can be improved. Also, the uneven shape is not formed by rolls. This is because the segments are arranged side by side on the shaft so that they can be exchanged. Repairs and replacements are easy and inexpensive;
Furthermore, there are a variety of uneven shapes depending on the combination of the uneven shapes of the segments. The elastic plates can be arranged alternately on all four sides of the split plane. It is possible to provide an unprecedented and excellent device that can program the uneven shape to be formed on the bullet pouring plate and diversify the cutting and forming methods.
